Multifamily Housing
Belmont has successfully negotiated a contract with the Bergen County Housing Development Company to build 11 rental units in Northvale, NJ. The building will include on site management office, an elevator and a backup generator for utility continuity during power outages. The building will include high-efficiency and energy conscious materials. The exterior of the building will contain a stone veneer, a Cementitious clapboard siding and maintenance free Azek© Trim.
The project is schedule to be completed by Fall 2012. James Guerra, AIA is the project architect.
