PROJECT MANAGER
Has ultimate responsibility for construction and financial activities through administrative management, direction and coordination of field project staff on multiple projects. The project manager maintains liaison with the client and design consultants; manages the budget, project procurement, schedule, and quality objectives of the project. Other responsibilities include monitoring of EEO and minority participation goals, implementing and controlling the safety program, facilitating quality control and verification procedures, and directing the preparation and maintenance of daily records.

ESTIMATOR
Responsible for the cost estimating and bidding of a broad range of construction projects, including conceptual estimating, Public Works, new, renovation and site work. Responsible for providing the latest cost information, including material costs and labor availability, estimates and assists in the evaluation of the most efficient systems and materials from the design phase through completion.  Must have value engineering experience and knowledge to ensure that the Owner’s design is the most cost effective and is consistent with the project goals. PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Responsible for the scheduling and execution of all daily construction activities. Coordinates, expedites, monitors all project construction; and supervises the performance of field staff, suppliers and subcontractors. Other responsibilities include monitoring of EEO and minority participation goals, implementing and controlling the safety program, facilitating quality control and verification procedures, and directing the preparation and maintenance of daily records.

CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
An individual who is interested in a career opportunity in facilitating with the Business Development/Marketing of our company of private sector interior, ground-up and commercial projects along with real estate development projects throughout New Jersey.

Must have excellent communication and negotiating skills with a proven track record in overseeing and maintaining key accounts and portfolios. Must be able to help present a marketing package for the company. Have the skills to develop relationships with business partners, clients and staff in ever-changing and highly competitive environments along with reviewing trade publications for new business, following leads and most importantly closing the deal.

ADMINISTRATIVE
Administrative Assistant for general office duties with strong administrative skills.  Construction industry experience required! Must be a self-starter, organized, experienced, and reliable, a team player and proficient in all MS Office software applications. Responsibilities include issuing, and tracking AIA documents, Contracts, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Submittals, managing electronic files, shop drawing files and logs, phones, filing, assistance with bookkeeping. Positive “can do” attitude is a must!

CARPENTER, must be able to layout and coordinate Interior Office & Commercial fit-outs, Concrete, Masonry, and all trades.  Must also be able to direct, manage and coordinate field crews to complete the drywall, acoustical ceilings, finish and punchlist work. 

MASON, must be able to layout and coordinate Concrete, Masonry work. Must also be able to direct, manage and coordinate field crews to complete the Concrete and Masonry work.
